  • You can return an item up to seven (7) working days from the date you receive the products. If you want to return a product in the dresses category, please contact us on the WhatsApp for instructions.

    • The exchanged items must be pichked up by the courier within seven (7) working days from the date you receive the products at your own expense
    • The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

  • After NORAL has received the returned products and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an message through the Whatsapp confirming acceptance.
    Upon acceptance, it’s under the discretion of NORALto decide the further steps of exchange which would be fixing the product if possible or issuing a voucher code* which can be used to make a replacement order.
    *Voucher code is valid for three months from the date of issue and can be used only once.
